Level of detail
LOD 300, the standard that works for you.
The LOD (Level of Development) defines how precise a model is, geometrically and in its data. We deliver LOD 300 by default: every element is modelled at its real geometry, accurately positioned and dimensioned. That is the level required for design studies, construction drawings and quantity take-offs.
Need something else? LOD 200 is enough for a feasibility study; LOD 350–400 makes sense for prefabrication or detailed technical coordination. We settle it at the quote stage, with no surprises on price.

Can the building stay occupied during the scan?
Yes. Laser scanning is contactless and silent. We work without closing your premises: we simply coordinate access to the rooms with the occupants.
How accurate is it?
The point cloud is accurate to the centimetre (Leica RTC360 scanner). The model is built on that base with a controlled, documented tolerance suited to the chosen LOD.
Revit or ArchiCAD?
Both, natively, not as a conversion. You choose the software and the version when you request your quote, and we model on your template if you have one.
How is the price calculated?
Per m², on a sliding scale, according to the service and scope you choose. The configurator shows the exact price and lead time before you commit to anything.
