Studio BIM (Atelier TAG Sàrl, Route Suisse 7D, 1295 Mies) is the controller of the personal data collected on studiobim.ch. This page describes which data is collected, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Data collected
We collect personal data in two situations:
- Quote form (/devis) and contact form: name, email, telephone and information about your project, which you enter voluntarily to receive an estimate or to be contacted.
- Browsing the website: technical data collected automatically (IP address, pages visited, device, referrer) through the audience measurement and advertising tools described below.
Third-party tools
The website uses Google Tag Manager to run the following tools, which place cookies or identifiers on your device:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): audience and browsing behaviour measurement.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): performance measurement of our Meta/Instagram advertising campaigns.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company): performance measurement of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
These providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Union, under their own respective privacy policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
You can opt out of this tracking at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by using a tracker-blocking extension. The website remains fully functional without these cookies.
Handling of enquiries
Information submitted through the quote configurator or the contact form is stored in our internal CRM, hosted in Switzerland, for the sole purpose of processing your enquiry and following up on your project. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Data linked to a quote or contact enquiry is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in line with the statutory accounting and limitation periods. Audience measurement and advertising data is kept for the default periods of the third-party tools listed above.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR for visitors located in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@studiobim.ch.
